Fee for the tournament is $10, this will go towards prize support.

Players should bring 3 identical physical copies of their list. Players will use the same list for the entire tournament. Players should email their list to Karl Treier (karl.treier@gametimeminiatures.com) by October 17th at 11:59pm to be reviewed for the extra sportsmanship point.

Players must also bring a copy of:
• The Great War Book
• Any Errata related to the rules or their force(s)

Players should also bring dice, tokens, template, unit cards, measuring tape, objectives, rule supplements or anything else they might need to play their army.

Armies don’t need to be fully painted or based (base coat is the minimum requirement) but this will be part of the tournament scoring. WYSIWIG in terms of models is enforced (For example a Mark IV needs to be a Mark IV, it cannot stand in for a Mark V, exceptions are noted below). Players should inform their opponents of any specialized teams, or special rules before their games(s) starts.

Missions will be determined by the Tournament Organizer. At least one mission will use the Trenchline System. If you have one can bring please notify the Tournament Organizer ASAP.

Any arguments or rule questions should be attempted to be resolved by first checking the rule book, the players should then refer to the tournament organizer(s) (Karl Treier). The organizers decision will be final.

Scoring:
Gameplay: Victory Points per the scenario.

Sportsmanship: At the end of the tournament each player uses the back of their scorecard to award points to their three opponents. Players can distribute up to a total of 9 points. A point will be added by the tournament organizer submitting their list early. Max points 10.

There will be awards for best axis general, best allied general, painting, and sportsmanship. Prize support will be based on the number of attendees.
